To provide the level of service required by our customer’s e-DataServices holds a number of certification and service agreements with the worlds leading hardware and software equipment manufacturers. For each supplier certification eDataServices is required to undertake technical training, hold sufficient spare parts in relation to the equipment under service agreements and is measured against agreed SLA’s.
e-DataServices also maintains a number of software certifications that are very complementary. Ongoing support and services abilities are seen as key decision criteria in the selection of any partner or equipment provider.
